Bunker Hills Golf Course
Managed by the City of Coon Rapids, Bunker Hills Golf Course has been recognized as one of the finest golf courses since it opened for play in 1968. It is a very challenging course because it requires a variety of golf shots through each of its twenty seven holes.

The course was originally designed and built as an eighteen hole course but was expanded in 1989 to twenty seven holes of Championship Golf. The course has large greens and the unique character of containing seventy-five very large bunkers. The eighteen hole combinations are all over 7,000 yards from the championship tees to an average of 6,600 yards from the regular tees. The long eight west hole is recognized as a great par three but the other par threes on the course also require accurate tee shots. Bunker Hills is recognized for its immaculate condition, tree lined fairways, many beautiful water holes and long holes.
