Coon Lake County Park, at 125 acres, offers a pleasant retreat from the city with its natural setting and sense of solitude.

The public boat launch to Coon Lake provides anglers with an opportunity to catch many species of fish. The lake is known for its northern pike and walleye, but the emergent vegetation provides great habitat for bass fishing as well.

Coon Lake County Park offers picnic shelters, canoeing opportunities, fishing, natural surface hiking trails, a playground, volleyball, a popular swimming beach and restrooms.
