Maple Syrup Madness!
March means tree tapping, sap collecting and syrup tasting! Enjoy one of the first signs of spring as we celebrate the season by participating in the great old art of collecting maple sap, cooking it down over a roaring open fire and then tasting it. Pre-registration is required. Register online at www.anokacountyparks.com. Fee: $4/person (plus tax)
