Wargo Nature Center
Home School Programs
This
year's homeschool programs, as always, will use hands-on
activities as the children learn about the natural environment.
There is also room for self-expression and self-discovery about
nature with the guidance of Wargo staff members. People and
their environment will be covered in Pioneers & Settlers and
Norwegian Kick Sledding & Snowshoeing. Animals and their
adaptations will be covered in Hibernation/Getting Ready for
Winter, Birds, and Pond Study. Nature and Art along with
Extremely Experimental will provide a view of nature using the
creative process and using science as a means for discovering
the world around us. We hope that you and your children find
these programs as exciting as we do! Looking forward to seeing
you!
