The Nature Camp Experience

Wargo Nature Center Summer Camps

Our Mission…
Wargo Nature Center staff are dedicated to creating awareness, knowledge, and appreciation of natural and cultural environments and their resources.  We strive to foster responsible stewardship and lifelong learning in people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds through environmental and
recreational programs and actions.

Lunch tips…
For campers attending full-day camps, please try to limit the amount of disposable items brought in lunches.  We encourage reusable lunch boxes and refillable beverage containers and we do recycle cans and bottles.  Snacks and beverages are provided throughout the day.  Thanks for helping us help the environment!

Free T -Shirts…
As an added bonus, all campers will receive their very own free Summer Camp t-shirt!  We’d like campers to wear it to camp as often as cleaning will allow! There will still be a limited number of shirts available for sale, along with hats and other camp related gear.
