Positively impact the community by providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting facility operations at the Bunker Hills Activities Center.
Associate Guest Service Specialist - Facility Operations
-
Provide customer service to park visitors, assist with reservations and/or point-of-sale transactions, and ensure smooth visitor center operations, including cash handling and resolving inquiries. This seasonal role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays across multiple Anoka County regional parks.

Help slow the spread of aquatic invasive species. You will be educating boaters, inspecting different watercrafts and trailers at boat launches all around the county.

Watch the water and enforce pool rules to make sure that everyone has a safe and fun time.

In addition to performing lifeguard duties, a lead lifeguard is responsible for inspecting pools and attractions, managing daily lifeguard rotations, and developing the aquatics team.

Work in one of these hospitality areas:
Guest Services (welcome guests, sell admissions, etc.)
Food & Beverage (prepare and serve food)
Pool Attendant (dispatch riders down slides, requires Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid certifications)

First in line to assist water park attendants. Manages daily group, cabana, and shelter reservations, staff rotations, and helps to develop our hospitality teams.

Supervises the daily operations of their assigned department (Aquatics, Guest Service, Food & Beverage). Also, leads staff trainings.

Supervises the daily operations of the water park as a whole. Responsible for the management of their assigned department (Aquatics, Guest Service, Food & Beverage).

Perform a variety of janitorial and lawn care duties and ensure the facility is clean and safe.

Provide guidance and oversee maintenance staff members and assist in the upkeep of the facility.

Hands-on Golf Course Work Experience

Assist customers in making tee times over the phone and helping them when they arrive to golf.
Other duties include selling merchandise, food, and drinks. Must be over 18 to serve alcohol.
Clubhouse staff will also assist with the golf cart fleet rotation and at the driving range. They can also choose to drive a beverage cart.

This position is perfect for anyone with a friendly and outgoing personality that enjoys interacting with golfers. The primary duties are to keep an order to the first tee box and make sure that guests are starting at their correct time.
This position also monitors the pace of play and helps give course information to the players. They also help with the golf cart fleet rotation.

If you enjoy working outdoors and seeing immediate results from your work, this position might be perfect for you.
There are many different job duties based on your experience. From tee service, cup cutting, irrigation, raking bunkers, mowing and general course setup and cleanup, there are many things to learn.
All of the compliments we receive from the golfers come from the work the grounds crew completes.
