Meeting Facilities and Picnic Pavilions

To receive an 80% refund of the rental fee, cancellations must be made more than 14 calendar days prior to the date of the event. No refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days to the event.

No refund will be made due to weather.

Campsite Reservations

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of scheduled date of arrival. Refunds will not be provided due to weather. A canceled reservation will be charged an $8 cancellation fee.

Cancellation - No Show
If a campsite is not occupied on the first night of a reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. No refund will be provided. Please notify the appropriate campground if you will be arriving later than your indicated reservation.

Modification
Changes to a reservation will be assessed an $8 administrative fee. This includes modifying reservations to a different date, site or campground. Modifications will not be allowed within 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.

Programs and Camps

Programs
To receive a full refund of the program fee, cancellations must be made more than 7 calendar days prior to the program. If the instructor cancels a program, an attempt will be made to schedule a make up date or to transfer to another scheduled class. If this is not possible, the program fee will be refunded.

Camps
Refunds for camps will be processed according to the following guidelines:

4 Weeks Prior to Camp: Full refund

3 Weeks Prior to Camp: Refund if space can be filled, less $10 administrative fee

2 Weeks Prior to Camp: Refund will not be issued
