Rice Creek West Regional Trail Reconstruction WITHIN LOCKE Park

This project focuses on the reconstruction of the regional trail from the Hwy 65 tunnel to Locke Parkway to ensure the trail meets or exceeds ADA standards. Construction is anticipated to begin end of July 2026 and conclude fall 2026. Please see The Rice Creek West Regional Trail Construction and Detour route exhibit.

Banfill-Locke House

The County has hired a contractor and the renovation/rehabilitation of the siding has begun. Once the siding is complete, the contractor will repair some of the foundation and reroof the building. Construction is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2026.
