CONSTRUCTION Update
Parking Lot and Roadway Project
The Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve parking lot and roadway project is complete.
Trail Project
The Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve trail project is a multiphase trail reconstruction project.
Trail condition analysis began in late September 2025. The site analysis is being performed by engineers on all the trails within Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve.
Wetland delineation has been completed on the first phase trails. The archaeological exploration fieldwork has been completed on the first phase trails and the artifact review and cataloging has begun. Once the archaeological review has been completed, geotechnical exploration will begin.
